Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and digital channels to engage decision-makers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns and content strategies
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria and schedule consultations
- Track, measure, and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and campaign performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to nurture them through the sales funnel
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and BUILTIFY's service offerings
- Meet and exceed monthly lead generation targets and KPIs
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — English and Hindi fluency required
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and lead generation techniques
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of digital services (web development, ecommerce, SEO) is a plus
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or lead generation roles preferred
